2023 Winter Player Development Academy- Position Specific and GamePlay

Get ready for your spring season with TPK Player Development Academy focusing on Position Specific training and GamePlay!  Each session will focus on position-specific reps and small-sided live play that will get you ready for your spring season!

Purpose:

Provide Winter Player Development Academy members a transformational experience in season through:
-Top instruction
-Sustainable development curriculum
-Lacrosse IQ enhancement
-100's of Pre-season Reps each session
-Feedback
-FUN!

Standard Session:

30 minutes will be focused on stick skills (passing, catching, ground balls) 30-45 minutes will be focused on dodging, shooting, scoring, and defensive skill work and 30-45 minutes will be focused on GamePlay small-sided live play!  REPS! REPS!! REPS!!!


Dates and Times:
Saturday 1/14/23 noon to 2:00pm
Sunday 1/22/23 9:00am to 11:00am
Sunday 2/19/23 10:00am to noon
Sunday 2/26/23 10:00am to noon
Sunday 3/5/23 10:00am to noon

Investment:

$100 per session discounted to $375 for all 5 sessions

Grades:
3rd-5th Grade, 6th-8th Grade, and High School


Who:
Open to players from all Clubs, High Schools, and Town Programs

Location:
The Hun School of Princeton & East Brunswick HS (only 3/5 session)

Winter Player Development Academy Directors are:
-Alex Lopes
 Current Head Coach at Caldwell University (former D1 player at St. Joseph's and D1 Assistant Coach at NJIT, Jacksonville University, and Fairfield University.  Scored over 300 points at Glen Ridge HS)
-Kerry C. Weigner
 Coach Weigner brings 25+ years of experience as a High School coach, travel club owner, and lacrosse trainer. Teams he has coached have won five NJ State Championships, a UA All-America National Championship, and several conference and county championships. Hundreds of players he has coached and trained have gone on to play at Division 1, 2, 3, and MCLA levels with several going on to win D1, D2, D3, and MCLA National Championships.
