'Pike Performance Presents: FUNdamentals of Sports Performance
Your son or daughter will learn the basic fundamentals of speed & strength through a variety of fun drills and exercises that will develop your son or daughter into a better athlete in just six weeks!
Purpose:
Provide FUNdamentals of Sports Performance members a transformational experience through:
-Top instruction
-Sustainable development curriculum
-Speed & Strength development and enhancement
-100's of Reps per session
-Feedback
-FUN
Standard Session:
Sessions will focus on how to properly move your body while running, how to control your body while changing direction, how to speed up and get fast, how to properly break down, and how to build strength.
Dates & Times:
January 31st 6:00pm to 7:00pm
February 7th 6:00pm to 7:00pm
February 14th 6:00pm to 7:00pm
February 21st 7:00pm to 8:00pm
February 28th 7:00pm to 8:00pm
March 7th 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Investment:
$30 per session, $125 for all sessions. Use discount code ppfundisc to register
