'Pike Performance Presents: Sports Performance Training (SPT)
Your son will enhance his Sports Performance (faster/stronger) through various drills and exercises that will develop him into a better athlete over the six weeks of SPT! SPT is open to athletes from all sports.
Purpose:
Provide SPT members a transformational experience through:

-100's of Reps per session

-Acceleration/Deceleration
-Linear Speed Mechanics
-Multi-Directional Speed (change of direction)

-Muscle Activation
-Rotational Power
-Core Foundational Strength
-Upper Body Strength/Mobility
-Lower Body Strength/Mobility
-Injury Prevention
-Proper Cool Down Stretch
