2023 Holiday Shooting Performance 

Looking to get reps over the holiday break?  If so we are providing a great opportunity over the holiday break to focus on your Shooting Performance!  Each session will include breaking down your shooting mechanics, building your core muscles to increase power on your shot, and Rip Sessions with tons of REPS!! 

Sessions will be led by: 
     Kyle Higgins- High School Head Coach and Strength & Speed Trainer

Purpose:
Provide Holiday Shooting Performance members a transformational experience in season through:
-Top instruction
-Sustainable development curriculum
-Lacrosse IQ enhancement
-100's of Reps each session
-Feedback
-FUN!

Standard Session:
Dynamic Warmup, core strength, building muscles used to shoot, mechanics of shooting, rip session and cool down. REPS! REPS!! REPS!!!

Dates and Times:
December 26th and 27th 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Investment:
$95 per day or $150 for both days

Grades:
3rd-5th Grade, 6th-8th Grade, and High School (Players separated by grade and ability)

Who:
Open to intermediate and elite players from all Clubs, High Schools, and Town Programs.  Not for players brand new to the game.  Must be able to catch and throw.
