Turnpike Leadership:
-Director of Coaching:  James Stagnitta former Division 1 player at the University of Pennsylvania, former Division 1 Head Coach at Rutgers University, current Head Coach of the PLL Whipsnakes 2-time PLL World Champions
-Managing Director:  Kerry C. Weigner Team Turnpike, LLC co-founder, 27 years of coaching experience, 5 Non-Public New Jersey State Championships while coaching at Immaculata HS, Under Armour National Champions while coaching the New Jersey Highlight team, has coached 100's players who have gone on to D1, D2, D3, JUCO, and college club lacrosse.

Looking for exposure to college coaches? Our HS recruiting age teams attend four high-exposure events every summer and 2 to 3 in the fall to maximize exposure to college coaches. Summer 2023 Baltimore Summer Kickoff had over 160 college coaches attend, NYLA had over 95 college coaches attend, Liberty National Elite Class had over 90 college coaches attend, and NXT Philly Summer Invitational had over 200 college coaches attend.

Our youth teams attend competitive tournaments in New Jersey, Pennslyvania (Hershey and Lehigh), and Delaware. The competition our youth teams play against at these first-class run, highly respected events drives the development of our players!
