Dates:  April 28th, May 5th, 12th, and May 19th
Times:  8:00am to 9:30am
Location:  Van Horne Park
30-45 minutes will be focused on stick skills (passing, catching, ground balls) 45-60 focused on Dodging and Shooting for Offensive players and Defensive skill work for Defensive players

Wednesdays:
Dates: May 8th, 15th, 22nd
Times: 6:15pm to 7:45pm
Location: Van Horne Park
30-45 minutes will be focused on stick skills (passing, catching, ground balls) 45-60 focused on Dodging and Shooting for Offensive and Defensive players.

$50 per session.  Register for all 7 sessions and the cost is only $250 for 10.5 hours of high quality lacrosse instruction
